The Simple Squares Baby Blanket is a timeless and classic baby blanket created using basic knit and purl stitches.

Skill Level.
Beginner. Skills needed are cast on and bind off, the knit stitch and, the purl stitch.

Finished Sizes.
Blanket: 92cm x 74cm.

Materials Required.
5mm needles, 100cm circulars are recommended to accommodate the large number of stitches.
Minimum of 715m aran weight yarn.
Darning needle to sew in ends
Stitch markers (optional but helpful)

Notes.
The blanket is knit in a single piece with garter stitch borders.
The pattern is written in a line by line format.
