This pattern explains in detail how to make this simple star garland. The stars are quick and easy to make and the garland is made by hooking the stars onto a long crochet chain. The pattern is written out in both UK and US terms on my blog.

I made my garlands using 3-ply linen yarn and 2mm hook, but any yarn will do. I blocked and stiffened mine after making, but depending on yarn this may not be necessary.
