Simple Steps Rainbow Shawl
This rainbow version came about because it reminded me of stained glass. This is a simple pattern which uses garter stitch and slipped stitches. Only one colour is worked in any row, so it’s an easy way to play with colour. The large version of this shawl uses almost all of the yarn, so if your tension is even slightly off we’d recommend making the smaller version, which is a little shorter.
Finished Measurements Size: S (L) Length: 210cm (240cm)/ 82.5in (94.5in) Width: 28cm/11in on both sizes
Yarn The Knitting Goddess Britsock(4-ply weight; 60% wool, 20% alpaca, 20% nylon); 400m/437yds per 100g skein): 1 x 100g skein and 1 x 120g mini-skein set. Shawl shown is worked in Coal (colour A) and Printer Ink Hues (colour B).
