Top is worked in 4 steps: The Collar is worked first. Stitches for the left and right fronts are picked up along the edge of the Collar. The Back is
worked separately, then sewn to the Collar/Front piece.

The Collar is worked in Garter st (knit every st on every row). The Fronts and Back are worked side to side in Rev St st (p on RS, k on WS) with Garter st borders.

A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of sts. Work back and forth in rows on the circular needle as if working on straight needles.
