As the name suggests, this is a quick and easy knit using linen Sport yarn (or similar yarn with drape) for a comfortable top with lots of positive ease (the sizing is quite generous).
This simple design is knit bottom up, but the pattern gives you the option of knitting flat in 2 pieces and seaming, or knitting in the round in one piece for a seamless finish. The choice is yours.
Gauge is 24 stitches to 10cm using 3.5mm (US 4) needles. You might need to change needle size to obtain gauge. Some testers knitted with slightly smaller needles. The overall fabric is not see-through and the top can be worn without a t-shirt underneath.
The colour combinations for the stripes are endless.
Main colour: 2 - 3 skeins of eco-stitch hand-dyed sport (100g)
Contrast colour: 2 x 100g skeins.
