Simply Chunky Handspun Scarf
A couple years ago I learned to clean, dye and spin yarn. I have hoarded it ever since. I finally decided to do something with it. I wanted a stitch that would show off the beautiful colors and textures of handspun yarn as well as something that would be useful and warm. After a few tries, I came up with the Simply Chunky Handspun Scarf. Using a large hook and an easy-to-learn stitch, this scarf works up fairly quickly, producing a scarf that can be worn hanging down (single loop), wrapped twice for a nice, warm cowl, or pulled up over your head and ears to wear like a snood.
