US 2/3 mm for skirt.(or those you need to obtain gauge)
Darning needle.
Stitch markers or waste yarn.
6 small buttons.

Difficulty: Easy.

The only difficulty could be to graft the garter stitch on the skirt. It could be seamed instead but would be more visible.
