Simply Knitted Headband
This pattern is simply written in four gauges so you can use up some of that stash you have tucked away (all over the house).These headbands are approximately 20 +- inches long and 3.5 inches wide. You can make yours longer or wider by knitting more rows after you finish the increases or by making more increases. You’ll see… Flowers and embellishments are purely optional.

Yarn and needle requirements will vary according to the yarn you choose to use for the headband.

Yarn: 30-50 grams (50-100 yards) Depending on yarn weight.
Roughly estimate as follows:
Chunky weight: 3 st/in - 50yds - size 8-10 needles
Aran weight: 4 st/in - 60yds - size 7-8 needles
Worsted weight: 5 st/in - 70yds - size 4-6 needles
Sport weight: 6 st/in -90yds - size 3-5 needles
