Simply love socks
If you love to knit socks, a pair of heart socks simply cannot be missed. That’s why this pattern is free for every sock knitting fan! You can knit the socks in any color combination you like, or customize them for a special occasion, like this X-mas edition.

For DPNs and magic loop
This cuff down sock pattern with heel flap is easy to knit, also for beginning sock knitters. It contains a simple colourwork chart: 4 rows of hearts (or as many as you want to :). The pattern is suitable for both knitting with DPNs and magic loop. The different instructions for these types of needles are clearly indicated in the text.

EU sizes: 37-41
US sizes: 6.5-9.5 (f)
UK sizes: 4-7

Materials
You can choose any light fingering sock yarn you like, with a gauge of 30 stitches x 42 rows. You need 70-80 grams of sock yarn for the basic of the sock, and some left over yarn for the rounds of hearts. If you want the socks to be a little wider, you can choose a fingering sock yarn (28 x 40).
