The Simply Nesting Blanket is a blanket with a great texture and endless possibilities for colour! After learning how to work the Nesting V Crochet Stitch earlier this year, I just knew that I wanted to use it in a blanket crochet pattern! With a new baby in my extended family on the way, I grabbed some cotton yarn and set to work!

Skill Level: Intermediate

Gauge: 9 stitches x 12 rows of Nesting V Stitch = 4 inches

Finished Size: Approximately 42 x 40 inches (Crib Size - to adjust the size, multiples are given below)

Yarn: Pima Cotton by Lion Brand® (186 yds/170 m; 100g/3.5 oz; 100% cotton; (4) worsted weight). You will need 5 balls Blue Print (Colour A), 4 balls Rose Taupe (Colour B), 4 balls Stone (Colour C)


Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) hook.
