A warm and colourful rug that brightens up any room and uses two colours held together of Paintbox Simply DK Yarn.

It is all knit stitches and a few slipped stitches and there is no purling.

The crochet border gives it a neat edge and is simple to achieve for the beginner.

The size that I made is 4 feet by 5 feet 6 inches with the edging.

There is no gauge, it is up to you how many rows you do to determine the size you want.

I used 15 x 100g balls of Paintbox Simply DK with plenty left over for scraps.
