This throw pillow is an easy way to add something handcrafted to your home. The subtle texture of the fabric arises from the broken seed stitch pattern and is a great way to show off a variegated yarn! The sides have a stockinette edging and the cast on and bind off edges are completely seamless in appearance thanks to Judy’s Magic Cast-On and the kitchener stitch. The pillowcase is worked in the round as a pouch before closing over the pillow form.

The pattern is available in four sizes to fit 18 x 18, 20 x 20, 22 x 22 and 24 x 24” pillow forms. The pattern also includes suggestions to accommodate a rectangular pillow form.

Materials needed include: pillow form in your desired size, tapestry needle, two removable stitch markers in different colours (to differentiate beginning versus middle of round), scissors, measuring tape.
