This simple hat is a perfect introduction to knitting in the round or on double-pointed needles. The bow and topknot embellishments are created with an I-cord.
Knit in a DK or sport weight yarn. Use contrasting or complementary colors to add stripes and it becomes a perfect stash-buster for those odds and ends of yarns. It knits up quickly as a perfect last minute gift for a cherished baby or a charity gift.
Customize with a I-cord bow topknot or a simple knotted I-cord. The pink baby cashmerino hat was embellished with Hinke’s Just a Leaf. Thank you Hinke for sharing your fun pattern ♥
