The Sincerely Amanda Hat & Cowl is an adorable pattern that features the lacing similar to the Sincerely Amanda Top. It includes a quick tutorial for adding the optional grommets, and the lacing is functional in scrunching the hat and cowl for some ruching.

Hat circumference fits with ~1-3” negative ease
Gauge
~ 20 sts x 26 rows = 4” in Stockinette Stitch
Materials:
400 (390, 365, 350) yards worsted weight yarn (cat. 4) for hat and cowl - for just the hat or cowl, divide the yardage by half.
US 8/5mm 16” circular needles
US 8/5mm double pointed needles
US 7/4.5mm 16” circular needles
US 5/3.75mm knitting needles (for I-Cord)
