Sinclair Cardi
Craft: Crochet
Skill: Intermediate
Materials: 1249-2583 yds of fingering/sock (1) weight yarn, US G/6, 4 mm hook (or hook needed to meet gauge)
The Sinclair Cardi is created by working two identical panels that you will seam together at the back by creating a column using the same two row repeat! You’ll then go back and add the cutest scalloped edging for a beautiful finishing detail. This oversized cardi feels like a super cozy blanket that will be a perfect transition piece!
Construction
You will work the first panel from side to side, meaning you will work from hem to hem, and move directly into seaming up the side which will be the seam under the arm. You will then work the second panel in the same manner. When both panels are completed, you will join them by working a center back panel that uses the same two row repeat. You will then work a scalloped edge border around the bottom and a SC border around the opening of the front of the cardi.
