Finished Size
The finished height of the Rosebud approximately is 20cm (including pot).
Skill Level
This pattern can be achieved by an Experienced Beginner. Each process is explained in FULL (with photographs throughout) so it is easily achievable with basic crocheting skills.

Basic Materials and Equipment Needed
2.5 mm crochet hook.
Acrylic DK (Double Knit) yarn:
Dark Brown for Soil - approx. 8 grams.
Choice of Colour (Petals and Bud) - approx. 10 grams.
Green (Stem, Calyx and 3 Leaves) - approx. 8 grams.
14 to 18 Gauge Florestry Wire or Bamboo Skewer (Stem) - 1 x 20cm long.
24 Gauge Floristry Wire (3 leaves) - 2 x 17cm long and 1 x 22cm long.
7cm diameter Terracotta Pot (there is a free crochet Pot pattern at the end of this pattern if you’d prefer to make your own) or you can use any other suitable container- the Soil can be adapted to fit.
Hot Glue Gun.
Scissors.
Tapestry needle.
Stuffing.
Stitch Marker - useful for patterns worked in continuous rounds.
If crocheting your own pot you will also need…
DK yarn: (burnt orange) - approx. 8 grams and (brown) small amount.
Thick card - to strengthen crocheted Pot (I use 3 circles of Cereal Box card, that I glue together. This gives a really firm base).
3mm crochet hook.
