These fingerless mitts feature a cute little fox face.
The thumb has a interesting constraction that is fun to knit.
The pattern is recommended for knitters who have experience with stranded colorwork knitting in the round, and adding duplicate stitch.
The mitts pictured were knitted with British breeds yarn by Marie Wallin, in the colorways: Russet, Chestnut and Raw

Material:
Approximately 110 yards/100 m fingering/ sock weight yarn main colour (dark colour)
Approximately 100 yards/90 m fingering/sock weight yarn 1 contrast colour (light colour)
Approximately 70 yards/60 m fingering/ sock weight yarn in 2 contrast colour (dark colour)

Needles:
US 1/ 2,25 mm DPNs or circular needles for magic loop technique or needle size to get gauge.
US 1,5/2.5 mm needles for a bigger size!

Gauge: 38 stitches and 36 rows = 10 cm in stranded knitting in the round after blocking.
Notice that the size of your mitts will change if you do not achieve gauge.
