Inspired by the beauty that is the Pacific west coast, the Sitka Headband is the final pattern in a three-pattern series which also includes a beanie & matching mittens. It’s a cozy & warm piece to add to your winter attire, a quick knit, and a design full of texture and fun.

-Headband is knit in the round, using circular needles from the bottom to the top

-Knitters will need 9mm/16” circular needles, a stitch marker, scissors, and a tapestry needle (tag to label work is optional)

-Approx. 70-90g (40-50 yards) of super bulky #6 weight yarn

-Photo tutorials, video tutorials on YouTube, and full written instructions are all included in this pattern.

-Special stitches include Knit 1 Below Elongated, and Knit 2 Together Through Back Loop

-Knowledge of German Twisted cast on, and a stretchy bind off are required (Tutorials included)
