This pattern is intended as a first stranded colorwork project. I wrote it to use to teach a mini-class at my local Knitting Guild.

It incorporates only a band of color for a beginner to try on a small project. There are only two rows with long floats (Rows 3 and 7) so knitters can get comfortable working with two colors before they learn to catch the longer floats.
