Skara Brae Cable Blanket
Description:
This blanket is named after the historic settlement on the Orkney Islands, north of Scotland. The Aran design of this cable crochet blanket is based on the cultural history of Celtic society, and is a beautiful heirloom for any family. The blanket has four cable motifs, each with its own stitch diagram. The blanket pattern also includes a written pattern and video tutorials of the cable stitches used.
This pattern has two PDF files, make sure you download both files. One file is the main pattern with charts, motifs, and the written instructions. The other file is a short-hand pattern for every row (row 1- row 147) as some motifs are asynchronous relative to each other in their repeats.
