Pattern Description

Susan went skiing with her nephew, Adam, along with his friends and family, to celebrate his ninth birthday. After the third run, Susan fell and broke her leg. Well, the party for Adam was basically over, and although he knew he shouldn’t feel cheated out of being the center of attention, he couldn’t help it. Susan felt horrible for ruining Adam’s day, so she decided to knit him something. She called us, told us she was bedridden for a while, and asked us for suggestions. We gave her the perfect blanket for him, made in soft, chunky wool. Adam loved it and forgave Susan for stealing the show. Now, he cuddles up with it while watching the ski races on TV.
