Ski Bunny
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hit the slopes or sit in the lodge looking trendy sipping your hot cocoa in this cozy cabled hat! Not a skier?! Neither am I. But I can still pretend I’m somewhere dusted in fresh snow with the fireplace roaring while I wear this hat! The undulating cables are a treat to knit and beautiful to look at, as are the other fine details of this accessory. Cast on and become captivated by the construction of this topper – it is worked on its side!
Construction Details
This hat body is worked flat with cables and an I-cord edging. After the body piece is worked it is either seamed or grafted (knitter’s choice), and then stitches are picked up and the crown in worked in the round. Body pattern is written in words or as a chart. Crown is written out.
