Ski Mask
This ski mask is the perfect project to keep you warm all winter long. It can be folded up into a beanie or rolled down into a ski mask which makes this a very versatile piece.
This pattern is worked in the round with the double crochet stitch using a 5mm hook. it is a one size fits most pattern and has been tested for 21-23” heads. If your tension matches mine in the gauge swatch this should fit you perfectly!
It is very beginner friendly and also includes photos to show more complicated portions.
GAUGE SWATCH: using a 5mm hook Chain 17 work into the 3rd chain from the hook with 1dc, continue with 1dc all the way down (15) chain one turn and continue working until you have 8 rows not including starting chain. (15 stitches x 8 rows = 4x4 square)
You will need:
A weight 4 yarn of choice
5mm hook
Stitch markers
yarn needle
scissors
This project uses between 150-250 yards of yarn depending on the length you want! For me one skein has been plenty.
