Skid Mark Socks
Aside from appealing to my inner 12 year old boy, Skid Mark Socks get their name from the “tire track” pattern that forms across the instep as you knit. They are a fantastic way to try knitting with two colours, without ever actually having to hold two colours at the same time. These socks are knit in the round, helix style, from the cuff down & pattern includes instructions for a heel flap/gusset & rounded toe. Pattern is written for DPNs, but is easily adaptable to your preferred method.
