The Skimpy Stitch Bikini is a minimal coverage, crocheted thong bikini. It features custom-fit cups that use your own breast measurements so that you can create a top with as much (or as little) coverage as you desire. Modifications to adjust the fit of the thong and to create a wider border for additional coverage are provided.

This pattern is suitable for adventurous beginner crocheters and is sized inclusively to fit bikini babes with hip measurements 33”-62”.

Please Note- Your yarn choice will determine if your bikini is a sun bathing suit or a bikini suitable for swimming. I recommend using a microfiber yarn like Alize Diva Stretch (you will need to hold yarn triple) in order to make this swimsuit water-friendly. Other yarns like cotton and acrylic will make this suitable for sun bathing only. You may, of course, do as you wish, but if you go into the water in a 100% cotton or acrylic suit, you may not come out with it on your body ;)

Sizing and yardage is provided for the bikini bottoms ONLY because the cups are top are custom-fit based on your measurements. I have included approximate yardages for using light worsted weight yarn and Alize Diva Stretch held triple.
