Skogen (Forest) is a charted design element which can be used in conjuction with pattern instructions from Bohus Stickning på nytt The Revival. Skogen was designed by Kerstin Olsson for Bohus some time in the 1960s, although it is not specifically included in index of designs in the book. A photo of an original pattern card is available in the Bohuslan Museum’s digital collection here; 8 shades of greens and one background color are used in Skogen. Other pattern cards or test samples may be available to view on the Bohus Stickning section of the DigitaltMuseum.

All the colours included in this design have been officially recreated by AngoraGarnet, although no kit is available and Angora Garnet does not currently offer individual colours for sale. All colours are included in the green wood pattern kit - although the quantities of each colour may not match the pattern requirements for this design.
