’Skull and Spiders’, perfect for Halloween or that lovable goth/punk/emo/alternative dresser in your life!
This pattern was an interesting project to design and then complete as you can see the picture begin to form as you work upwards through the pattern, which is always great fun.
We have developed the pattern in different formats to follow: in a grid/block chart pattern to follow throughout, crochet symbols (for the first 5 rows so that you understand how to increase on each row) and written instructions for the first few lines until you get into the swing of it!
The yarn used was a 4 ply which created an adult size shawl.
Knowledge of filet crochet is needed to be able to do this project. Filet crochet is not hard to learn and there are you tube videos you can watch to help.
