You should know how to read abbreviated crochet patterns and how to crochet:

  • ‘Magic Circle’ (an adjustable ring),
  • single crochet (SC),
  • tapestry crochet (TC),
  • increase (2TC in 1 st),
  • slip stitch (SL ST),
  • BLO stitches (made in Back Loop Only).

Used to crochet Size M:

  • crochet hook US H-8 (5.0 mm),
  • YarnArt ‘Jeans Plus’ yarn (about 3/4 skein in Black, 1/3 skein in Beige), 1 skein = 175 yds / 3.52 oz (160 m / 100 g), 55% Cotton, 45% Acrylic. NOTE: Head circumference of the dummy in the pictures is 21.7’’ (55 cm).

You will also need a stitch marker (a safety pin) to mark the last stitch of each round, scissors and a large eye needle to fasten and hide all yarn tails.
