This dishcloth is a simple project that would be good for a beginner. Skills needed are cast on, knit, purl and cast off. My finished dishcloth measures 9 1/2” W x 9”H. The dishcloth will use most of a 50 gr ball of 100% cotton worsted weight yarn.

Please choose a set of needles a size or two smaller than you would normally use to knit this yarn and choose a solid colour yarn. When you are done, block your dishcloth. These three suggestions will help the picture to ‘pop’.
