This pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms.

This pattern/tutorial is for crocheters that already have a pretty good grasp of crochet and garment construction. There will be some math (easy) required to complete this tutorial. Your Granny may differ in stitch count from mine and you will need to adjust your stitch counts accordingly. I will use my numbers as an example and explain how to get the stitch counts you need for your granny base. I also include the link to the square I use in this tutorial.

This is a pattern package and includes 2 PDF files.

For this pattern you will need:
1 completed 8” (approximately give or take a half inch or so doesn’t matter) or make the skull in the tutorial
About 300 total yards of yarn
Tapestry needle
Hook that matches your yarn size
