Skull Kilt
Inspired by Marilyn Manson!
The skull sporran is attached with D-rings; the chain decorates all the way around. I added hanging beads to the bottom to weigh it down a bit. The Skull chart is worked in St st and surrounded on all sides by a Garter st border to prevent the Sporran from curling. The Chart is worked in two colors, using the Stranded (Fair Isle) Colorwork Method.
8 (medium) to 10 (large) balls of #006 black Merino Frappe yarn needed; 1 ball of ivory, #010; 7 (M) to 9 (L) balls of Raggedy, in #2182 black.
Other supplies: five 1” D-rings; 1”-wide non-rolling black elastic; needle-nose pliers; sewing needle and thread; four 1” rectangular rings; five 1/2” O-rings; stitch markers; assorted beads and chains to embellish the Sporran.
