Sky Lanterns
The Sky Lanterns shawl was inspired by paper lanterns filling the sky during ancient festivals with hopes towards a new year. They light up the sky like a thousand stars, just as the beads glimmer on the shawl.
The shawl is completely reversible, and can be resized in pattern.
You will need approx. 750 m of light fingering weight yarn and 1,200 beads for the body of the shawl and 200 Magatama beads for the edging for the shawl as shown.
