The hat is designed with a plush, double-thickness brim for added warmth around the ears. Alternatively, you can opt to knit a regular brim (one layer thick). Simply use your preferred stretchy cast-on method, knit ribbing to desired brim width, and skip step 3 of the pattern.

Yarn: Illimani Royale: 1 skein each in main colour (MC) and contrast colour (CC). Photos shows MC in Eggplant and CC in Light Grey. Two skeins of Illimani Royale should yield two hats if you switch the MC and CC.

Finished Size: Women’s medium (one size fits most); approx. 16” diameter (32in total fabric), 8” high; brim = 2.5”
