This raglan sweater is seamlessly knit in the round with worsted weight yarn and uses a variety of cable stitches to create a cool interlocking diamond effect. The cable pattern is charted. Twisted stitches are used for the ribbing. The sweater is written for an adult size small (33” chest). It’s a great sweater to practice knitting without a cable needle, since there are a number of different kinds of cables used.

Fun backstory: The shirt is named after my dog. Her original name was “Diamond” because she has a black diamond in the middle of her white head. I changed her name to Skylar because I thought Diamond was just dumb. Since there are eleventy billion sweaters with the word “diamond” in the names, I decided to name my diamond-patterned sweater after my dog, Skylar--not Diamond.
