This is a close fitting crochet beanie worked from the top down, in the round and seamless. You will need a full skein of the red yarn but less than half a skein of the green. It is a one size pattern (up to 57cm/ 22.5in head) and I have marked it as a child to teenager size. The model for my pattern is 10 years old but it also fits me as an adult with a relatively small head.

I had hoped to publish this design well in advance of Christmas but as we were all struck down by a winter cold bug I am later than I had hoped and am releasing it as a free pattern in lieu of testing for the first 3 months.
