This textured scarf is another pattern developed after reading Cecelia Campochiaro’s beautiful book on Sequence Knitting. Th3e scarf is a reversible parallelogram created by increasing at the end of each ‘right-side’ row and decreasing at the end of the ‘wrong-side’ row. The 12-stitch sequence includes a yarnover, and by the magic of knitting, the yarnovers on the RS and WS rows align to form the larger eyelet that is characteristic of the piece.

My scarf measured 200cm/80in long by 24cm/9in wide, however the final size will vary according to your own choice of yarn and needle, as well as your knitting tension. The pattern can be easily adapted for other weights of yarns.
