Knitting Pattern Sleeping Baby doll with bottle and sculpted face. The pattern is written for knitting flat on two needles and the toy should be seamed afterwards. Worked flat on 2 straight knitting needles and seamed.
This is a PDF file with detailed instructions. The pattern is 16 pages long and has more than 73 pictures to help you.
THE PATTERN INCLUDES: Row numbers for each step so you don’t lose your place, instructions for making the doll, photos, a list of abbreviations and explanation of some techniques, a materials list and recommended yarns.
Level of Difficulty: Experienced
Finished Size:
Toy is approximately 25 cm from head to toe (10”). It is made of soft acrylic yarn, good humor and love. You can use any other yarn you find suitable - Doll can come taller or smaller but still a lot of fun to knit and to become friends with. I recommend using needles a size or two smaller than the yarn calls for, to produce a firm fabric.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS you will need:
You can use acrylic yarn. The thicker yarn you use, the bigger toy you will get.
I recommend using needles a size or two smaller than the yarn calls for, to produce a firm fabric.
NEEDLES: All knitting is done on two straight 2.00 mm needles and seamed. (US size 0). U.K.-14
