The Sleeping Sun Hat was imagined on the Winter Solstice and sprouted ribbons of sun rays and sparkling star bits as it was worked.

This project is made with bulky yarn and a tight gauge, thus it finishes up quickly. The yarn we used was a special holiday release from Ritual Dyes —
Treasure Yarn that reveals tiny surprises as it is knit up. You can use any bulky yarn you like.

The Sleeping Sun Hat pattern is available as a perk of our Patreon membership.
