This pattern is 8 pages long and contains 36 photos to guide you through each step of the process.

To make this purse, I use a 3mm hook and Stylecraft Special DK yarn. This yarn is DK weight and more specifically is 322yds per 100g. Any yarn of the same weight would be ok for this pattern.
You will need a main body colour, dark brown for the wings as well as very small amounts of light brown, orange, white and black for the eyes and beak.

Please note, to make this coin purse you will also need an arch frame kiss purse clasp. These are available on eBay - you will need a clasp that is size 9x6.3cm.
