This is a sleeveless cardigan perfect to be used in mid-seasons with a long sleeves shirt underneath.
So practical with the button band that can be worn closed or opened.

In the lower part of the body there is a lovely slipped stitch motif very easy to make, that give the impression of a colorwork section, but you are using just one color at time! You can also personalize that part with more colors for a rainbow version!

3 m (6m, 12 m, 18 m, 2 y, 4 y, 6 y, 8 y, 10 y) shown in size 18 m. There is no ease so it is quite fitted.

Garnstudio Drops Merino Extrafine (50 g/1.8 oz, 105 m/115 yds, 100% superwash woo): 90 (95, 100, 110, 120, 140, 150, 170, 200) gr, or 190 (200, 210, 235, 255, 295, 320, 360, 420) mt of DK yarn, 26 Light Yellow (MC); 18 (20, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30, 30, 35) gr, or 40 (45, 45, 48, 55, 60, 65, 65, 75) mt of DK yarn, 24 Pistachio (CC).
Needles: 4 mm US 6 80 cm 32” circular needle for body, 4 mm US 6 dpns (double pointed needles) for sleeves.
Other: 6 Stitch markers, Stitch holders or waste yarn, Tapestry needle, 7 up to 15 buttons ( I suggest buying buttons when cardigan is finished, so you are sure of how many buttons you will need.).

Gauge
21 sts and 28 rows = 10 cm 4” in Stockinette stitch with 4 mm US 6 needles.

Pattern notes
Cardigan is knit top-down, back and forth. You do a button band while you knit the cardigan. Before the hem of the body you have to work a slip-stitch pattern. There isn’t a waist shaping.
