This pattern is suitable for beginners. It is made in two parts, first you would knit the body of the sack then you would knit the crown top which is stitched on afterwards. You then create a cord, the pompoms and if you like you can personalise with an initial or name.

To make the sack on the pattern you would need the following Lauren Aston Designs Super Chunky Yarn:

1 x 200g ball Natural White
1 x 200g ball Forest
1 x 100g ball Scarlet
1 x 50g ball Mustard

You will also need 12mm needles
10mm crochet hook (for the cord)
Small pompom maker
