Slingo wristwarmer uses the mosaic knitting technique with slip one yarn overs to create puffy spots!

Mosaic knitting is a great way to add colour to your knits as you only knit with one colour at a time. You slip stitches whilst working yarn overs which creates the 3-dimensional spots! (a bit like bobbles, without having to make a bobble!) There’s a collection of YouTube videos if you need some help along your way too.

As well as knowing the standard knitting stitches, you will need to know, or learn the following techniques.

• Slip one yarn over
• Right and left lifted increases

Size:
XS to fit palm: 7” / 18cm
S to fit palm: 7 1/2”/ 19cm
M to fit palm: 8” / 20.5cm
L to fit palm: 8 1/2” / 21.5cm

Length: 8” 20.5cm - adjustable.

Pattern is in multiples of 3, if you’re gauge is a little bit off, or you need to make a bigger or smaller size, add or reduce 3 stitches to the largest or smallest size.

You need:
169m/ 184y/ 75g of main colour
56m/ 61y/ 25g of contrast colour.
