Slip and Slide Shawl

This rectangular shawl is made with either worsted or DK weight. Use size 9 needles for worsted and size 7 for DK.
It can be worked using five colors or three. Instructions and charts for both are included.
Gauge is not a significant factor. You can repeat the rows until shawl is the desired length.
Yardage will depend on the desired length. A small shawl may only require 600 yards and a large shawl may require as much as 900.
The yardage used per inch is given in the instructions.
The pattern is a ten row repeat of six rows: 1, 2, 3,4, 3,4, 5, 6, 5,6.
The color repeat is: AA, BB, CC, DD, EEEE, DD, CC, BB, AA.
