This Taupe Slouch Hat makes not only an excellent winter hat, but also can be used as an all-weather hat since it uses an openwork stitch pattern.

This pattern is easy since there are no decreases to deal with. The end of the hat is just stitched closed using yarn and a tapestry needle.

I used 3 oz of a 6 oz skein of Caron Simply Soft in Taupe.
