Slouchy Eyelet Hat
This pattern is written to combine 2 yarns - a worsted weight base, and a lace weight mohair/silk blend.
The worsted weight wool base yarn creates a nice, lightweight hat with a bit of slouchy. The mohair/silk yarn gives the hat a subtle halo and sheen, creating a luxurious fabric that will definitely keep your noggin’ warm!
Yarns (one strand of each is held when knitting the hat)
Approximately 180 yards of worsted weight yarn (wool is used)
Approximately 180 yards of lace weight mohair/silk blend
Other Materials
US 9, 16” circular needles
US 10.5, 16” circular and double pointed needles
Stitch marker
Tapestry Needle
The examples shown illustrate pairings that shade or highlight one another. Another option is to knit the hat using contrasting colors - the possibilities are endless!
This pattern will be available soon - for purchase as a single pattern or as part of an e-book collection.
