This cozy, slouchy hat is knit in the round and has an eyelet lace insert. The eyelet insert gives the hat a fun texture and is easy to knit.

Wear it as a beret or pushed back for a relaxed look.

You will need US#7 - 16 inch circulars for the 1x1 ribbing then move up to a US#9 circular, either 16 or 24 inches. For the decreases at the top of the hat, you will need US#9 dpns.

There are two sizes provided in the written instructions:
21-22 inches and 23-24 inches
