This is a variation on the Quick and Easy Para Cowl, using slightly thinner yarn in a reversible rib pattern. It is done with a 2x2 rib, knitting the knit stitches through the back loop to make the ribs pop. This project can be done in a couple of nights and is fairly mindless knitting.
