This is a crochet tutorial for making a small chicken plushie that can be easily made into a keychain or used as a fidget toy.

Recommended equipment:
- 8ply yarn
- 3.5mm hook (test to see if you need to size up or down)
- polyfill stuffing
- yarn needle
- Scissors
- Pins – optional for adjusting placement during construction
I use US Terminology in all my patterns, in this tutorial I reference the below (this list is included in the PDF):

Magic circle
- Single Crochet = Double Crochet
- Single Crochet Increase = Double Crochet Increase
- Single Crochet Decrease = Double Crochet Decrease
- Single Crochet 3 Decrease = Double Crochet 3 Decrease
- Slip Stitch
- Chain
