This listing is for my small dog amigurumi pattern. You could use it to crochet a poodle, cavachon or bichon puppy.

ABOUT THE PATTERN:
I used 2 yarns held together - one cotton 4-ply/fingering and one worsted/Aran Bouclé yarn. Feel free to experiment with different yarns to achieve different results.
In the step-by-step photos I used one yarn only to keep the instructions clear and easy to understand.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:

• For the fluffy dog I used cotton yarn in Drops Alpaca (4 Ply/Fingering) and Drops Alpaca Boucle (Aran/worsted) in Off White held together
• with a 3.5mm / size E crochet hook
• In the tutorial, I used cotton yarn in DK / light worsted weight in off-white I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Champagne White
• with a 2.5mm crochet hook / between size B-1 or C-2
• 5mm safety eyes
• Black embroidery floss
• Fiberfill Stitch marker
• Yarn needle
• Large-eyed sewing needle
• Sewing pins
• Scissors

CONSTRUCTION:
The little dog is crocheted from bottom to top. The legs are crocheted on. The ears, head and tail are sewn on. The nose is embroidered.

SIZE:
If using the recommended yarn weight and hook size your amigurumi dog will be about 2.4” / 6cm tall and 3.1” / 8cm long (fluffy version with yarns held together and 3.5mm hook)
OR
1.8” / 4.5cm tall and 2.4” / 6cm long (version with DK/light worsted yarn and 2.5cm hook)
