These little hanging plants are easy to make and so cute on the corner of a shelf or windowsill. Make a collection of different types and colours for an eye-catching display. Absolutely no watering required - perfect for the ungreenfingered amongst us!

Included are patterns for 4 different types – choose any shade of green or blue-grey or go ahead with your own fantasy colours.

Terms used are American crochet terms (American single crochet = English double crochet).

Finished size: 8 to 9cm tall (including pot)
For each hanging plant you will need:
• Approx. 15 to 20g of DK weight green and brown yarn
• Toy stuffing
• Small terracotta plant pot 6cm diameter at the top
• 3mm crochet hook
• Yarn needle for sewing in ends.

Recommended yarn: Schachenmayr Bravo Originals or
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK

You can really use any DK yarn but I recommend something not too soft otherwise your plant will end up a bit floppy.

Gauge is not important for this project, but depending on your tension your finished item may end up bigger or smaller than the stated size.
